Traditional Roman Pizza presented at your table by our Master Pizzaiolo.
If you're looking for a different, even unique dining experience that will satisfy your appetite for fun and adventure as well as please your palate. Look no further. We begin with our expert Pizzaiolo presenting traditional Roman Pizza tableside. In addition to tasting both traditional and modern Roman Pizza, we'll also share a bit about the product's history and why it is so special. Everything is prepared fresh and with the finishing touches added tableside.

Introducing Roman Pizza
to the U.S.
A famous Rome specialty, Roman Pizza is light and full of air pockets. The texture is described as airy, crunchy, and chewy all at once. Roman Pizza is very versatile and can be topped with many ingredients. You will enjoy a variety of Prix Fixe courses specially chosen for your group by our Master Pizzaiolo. Some examples of courses might be Panini, Crostini Pizza, Pizza Bianca, Pizza Rosso, and Dessert Pizza. We sell wine, beer, and prosecco separately to complement your Roman Pizza.

Great for groups of 4 or 8.
Experience an intimate group experience for a party of four or eight. You can bring your friends, organize a business dinner, or make it a date night. Each member of your party will be able to sample a wide variety of pizzas and toppings. You will learn why Roman Pizza is one of the finest pizza styles in the world during your group's Roman Pizza experience. A vegetarian option is also available.

Reservations Required. Bookings For 4-8 People. All courses are fixed. This is a prix fixe menu selected in advanced by our Master Pizzaiolo. Choose either Pizza Chef Selection or Vegetarian Selection for the group (only one choice for the group allowed).
