The Roman Pizza Academy Training
Since the beginning, the Roman Pizza Academy has grown from a domestic training platform into an international community comprised of elite pizza professionals. Through international competitions, demonstrations, and professional training our members are committed to being premier ambassadors of pizza making as an art, craft, and business. As we move into the future, we will continue to build on our foundation while making equality amongst our members paramount, regardless of skill level or tenure.

The Roman Pizza Academy was established as a single source for those looking to learn more about Roman-Style Pizza (Pizza al Taglio, Pizza alla Pala, or Pinsa). We offer everything one may need to open a pizzeria including, training, certification, ingredients, equipment, and pizza tools. We can also help the casual students wanting to learn the style for home use.​

The selection of Roman Pizza Academy members is a process we take very seriously. Community members are carefully chosen among International competitors, industry leaders, and qualified instructors. Inclusion to the community is by invitation only and is based on skill, character, and professionalism.
