Starbucks breaking bread with the rest of the world

If you thought Starbucks was finished reinventing itself please think again, the coffee giant has partnered with Princi bakeries to bring their amazing baked goods to the USA and the rest of the world. Starbucks is famous for brining the Italian culture of coffee drinking to the USA and by our guess hopes to do the same with the bread and pizza culture in Italy. On a recent trip to Milan, Italy we thought how perfect the concept is for the Starbucks chain. Fresh baked bread, Pizza al Taglio, and coffee on demand on every street corner, hmmmm sounds like Italy to us. We are looking forward to see how they develop the concept in the USA. Stay Tuned.

Congratulations to Francesco Spatola for completing our Full Immersion Course!

Congrats are in order to Francesco Spatola for completing our Full Immersion Course at the Roman Pizza Academy. He and lead instructor Massimiliano Saieva worked together for 5 days. By the end of the 5th day Francesco was making pizza as a professional.
