Born and raised in Warren, OH. Attended The Ohio State University and graduated summa cum laude with a business degree. Became production manager at Mediterra Bakery in 2009, a role I still currently hold. Over the course of 12 years, my passion for bread and fermentation blossomed. Continually furthering education in all things bread through annual classes and focus groups. As a company opened our first café (currently two In Pittsburgh) in 2017 where I debuted Roman pizza time Pittsburgh. Father of two girls

Producing Roman pizza for mediterra cafes for over 4 years… the café was recognized as one of Pittsburgh’s top restaurants in 2021… the first to bring authentic Roman style pizza to pittsburgh in 2017
